Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, email us at hello@upapp.us with your order number, and we'll send you instructions and a return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original following the steps above and place a new order for the size or style you want.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at hello@upapp.us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending it back.
