Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times and rates
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International shipping
Where international shipping is available, delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@upapp.us.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email hello@upapp.us and we'll help resolve it.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they have shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
